The manager of this store, Nicole, is a work of art. It's been years since i've been treated as rudely as I was today.
This morning I called the store to ask if I can ship something COD, what the charge for it is, and if the UPS driver will accept cash only from the recipient. When I told her I would let Mailboxes, Inc, know about this treatment I was getting she didn't care one bit, and told me that she would tell the corporate office that I was yelling at her on the phone and that she would hang up on me.
Needless to say, I contacted Mailboxes, Inc, at the California headquarters, and they were not pleased. They noted down all I explained to them, apologized, and told me they would ask for an |
